I have my own house plans will you be able to build?
Yes. We are happy to sit down with you to review your plans and can provide you with a quote.
Can I visit the building site whilst the house is being built?
Of course it is your home after all. It is important to us that you feel part of the building process so your Bainbridge Homes project manager will arrange regular site visits with you. These take place at key stages of the build; foundation down, framing up, roof on and windows in, wall linings on & painted internally, kitchen & bathroom in and floor coverings down. As your home is a construction site, there are a number of health & safety requirements so we do require you to let us know if before you visit.
How will I know how my house build is progressing?
Every client is assigned a Bainbridge Homes project manager at the start of your build. Your project manager will discuss with you at the outset how you would like to be updated. This will range from regular emails, face to face meetings and site visits.
Are their any hidden costs or additional costs I will have to pick up on the building project?
The only costs incurred after contract signing will be any variations to the contract. These variations will be agreed and signed off by both Bainbridge Homes and You the client.
